How can I contact SecureSHOP?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship everywhere.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we try to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase . After this time, it will no longer be possible to change the order, but you can still return it and receive a full refund once it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, MasterCard, AMEX ) and payments via PayPal .

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and fulfilled from our warehouse. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days of the order date , and shipped the following day. Please allow slightly longer processing times during holidays or promotional periods.
We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2 and 4 weeks .

What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment , you are entitled to a full refund .

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Prices displayed on the site are tax-exempt and quoted in United States Dollars (USD) . You may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery, according to your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and SecureSHOP cannot cover or predict them .

We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How can I return an item?

What happens if the item I receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please email us with your order number, including photos of the item received , and any relevant details. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the cancellation.
If you still haven't seen the credit, we recommend contacting your bank or card company directly to check their processing time.
